The direct manager clearly specified will cultivate and help the subordinate in the one-to-one mode. Every employee will have a direct manager who can provide guidance for the employee’s work after entering the company. This is real one-to-one business training, and the training contents can even include tone of visiting clients and disposal of every minor matter.
Different departments will establish different training contents and systems. Such training includes job skill training for new employees and corresponding training for promotion or alteration of staff positions.
